Jimmy’s love for real estate began, much like many others, watching HGTV when he got home from school with his mom. What started as an obligatory part of the week day, became something he looked forward to as he got to sit with his mom and learn from her experience in fashion and interior design. Growing up in Mount Pleasant, he’s been soaking in the beauties of the Charleston area for quite some time. After studying Communication at Clemson University, he came back to his hometown to work for a startup beverage company as their Southeast Sales Manager. Having traveled all over the southern states in that role, there was no doubt in his mind that Charleston had something special that he couldn’t leave behind. Naturally, combining his draw towards real estate and his love for the Lowcountry, he decided it was time to start his career as a Realtor. He hasn’t known a day in his life when he hasn’t been working with people and this industry seemed the easiest way to combine all his passions and skills. In his free-time, he volunteers for a local nonprofit called Young Life, spending time with middle schoolers at Daniel Island School and supporting them throughout that period of their life and beyond. Jimmy looks forward to sharing his love of Charleston with you, in hopes that you’ll fall for this place as easily as he did.
